Carotek offers custom integrated process skid fabrication to create mechanical and electrical skid mounted process systems that are pre-wired and mounted on a common base to meet your specific design and process requirements.
We supply most major components including Pumps, Valves, Instrumentation, Piping, Control Panels, Seal Pots and more - making Carotek your single source solution for custom integrated process skid packages.
Our process control skids are all built in our own facilities, located in Matthews, NC. All skids are FAT Tested in our shop for full check out before shipment. This eliminates start-up problems in the field and gets you on line faster. We will work with you to obtain any certifications necessary before shipment.
We manufacture RO water skids, purified water skids, water pump skids, heat exchanger skids, chromatography skids, water skids, and metering skid systems.

Carotek specializes in ASME pipe fabrication. Our pipe fabrication quality is second to none – full penetration welds for systems that must hold up under today’s exacting process system requirements, as well as safety, health and governmental regulations. Our experienced welders have Section IX ASME certifications for Stainless, Nickel & Inconel.
