VALVE AUTOMATION, REPAIR, SERVICE & PARTS
Carotek is your Valve Automation application specialist in North & South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Tennessee. Carotek’s Valve Automation Center creates valve assemblies in our facilities that can save you a significant amount of time in the field with faster startups.
All actuated valve assemblies are functionally tested before shipment (both pneumatic and electric). All valve assemblies are inspected and verified via QA check-out form prior to shipment. As well, all valve assemblies are serialized and tagged before shipment. Assembly drawings, actuator sizing proofs, and data sheets are available upon request. Work is completed by full-time automation assemblers and specialists. We offer a one-ton crane for large valves and actuator assemblies. And, we offer the ability to assemble valve systems from ½” – 48”.
