CHEMICOR Series pumps are manufactured from stainless steel 1.4408/SS316 (G-X 6 CrNiMo 18 10), which is a cast steel that is resistant to corrosion and acids, and is frequently used for fittings and pump casings because of its good general chemical stability. This material in a precision lost-wax casting is used for the wetted housing parts of the CHEMICOR Series. Introducing the new Almatec® ADX Series Stainless-Steel Air-Operated Double- Diaphragm (AODD) Pump for industrial applications. Developed to replace legacy Almatec CHEMICOR AD Series pumps, the new ADX Series is currently available in ADX20 (3/4") and ADX25 (1") sizes, with additional sizes under development.

- Striking, improved design with the mass required for an oscillating pump and proven internals
- Wetted housing parts constructed from stainless-steel precision casting 1.4408 (SS316)
- Non-wetted air area available in three different plastic materials – polyamide, conductive polyamide and conductive polyethylene – to meet a variety of applications and temperatures
- Available in two variations that meet the ATEX requirements of directive 2014/34/EU for operating temperatures up to 80°C (176°F) or 120°C (248°F)
- Free rotating suction and discharge ports
- Valve stops redesigned for simplified maintenance, improved cleaning and increased safety
- New flange option (DIN and ANSI), welded in a compact design in a defined position
- Additional connection options (sanitary threads, Tri-Clamp, open butt welding)
