Grundfos Inline Single Stage and Multi-Stage Pumps
Grundfos TP and TPE series inline single stage pumps are recommended for industrial cooling and heating applications. These inline centrifugal pumps feature standard motors and mechanical shaft seals. Their close-coupled configuration makes them less sensitive to impurities found in the pumped liquid because the pump and motor are separate units.
Grundfos inline multi stage pumps include the CR, CRE, CRI, CRIE, CRN, CRNE, CRT, CRTE, CRNE-HS, CRN-SF Vertical series. These multistage centrifugal pumps feature several impeller stages connected in series as well as suction and discharge ports on the same level. In-line multi-stage pumps are ideal for installations that require a high head. The modular design of the CR pump range allows adaptability for a broad range of industrial applications including water supply, water treatment and aggressive liquids.
Grundfos Horizontal Multistage and Horizontal Split Case Pumps
Horizontal multistage pumps, such as the Grundfos BMS pump range, have a series of several impeller stages connected in series. Grundfos horizontal multi-stage pumps offer high efficiency and extreme durability in applications that require high head, including industrial liquid transfer and industrial pressure boosting for high pressure washing systems. BMS pumps feature a variable frequency drive, and are powered by a permanent magnet motor or an asynchronous motor for improved energy savings and strengthened durability.
Horizontal split case pumps are in-line pumps with a pump housing divided axially into two parts. The Grundfos KP series consists of single-stage, between bearings, split case pumps known for high efficiency, low noise levels and easy serviceability.
Grundfos Booster Pump Sets
Grundfos booster pump sets address the need for constant pressure to meet varying demand on the water supply. The Hydro MPC pressure boosting system offers advanced and energy efficient clean water pressure boosting. Booster pump sets include multiple parallel connected pumps, advanced controllers and all necessary fittings.
Grundfos End Suction Pumps
Grundfos end suction pumps are centrifugal pumps that usually feature an impeller. The suction comes in from one side of the unit and water is discharged from the top.
The end suction close coupled single stage pump (such as the Grundfos NB, LC, and VL series) is a simple, versatile design that pumps out fluid at a ninety-degree angle. Close coupled pump designs have a single shaft running from the motor through to the pump body with a seal, sleeve and impeller connecting directly to the motor shaft. The single stage model is a centrifugal pump with one impeller rotating on a shaft inside a pump. When the motor runs, the impeller turns, which drives fluid flow.
End suction close coupled single stage pumps are easy to install due to their compact size and the 90-degree angle from inlet to outlet. They are available in both vertical and horizontal designs.
An end-suction long-coupled single-stage pump, such as the Grundfos NK or LCS series, is ideal for large-scale industrial applications, with a long-coupled design that makes the pumps easy to service and maintain.
In an end-suction close coupled multistage pump such as the Grundfos CM series, the liquid runs directly into the impeller. The inlet and outlet form a 90-degree angle to each other, as with other end suction pumps. Close coupled multistage pumps can produce high pressure relative to flow, with many applications in industry and water boosting.
Grundfos Immersible Pumps
Immersible pumps, such as the Grundfos MTR pump, are designed to function while immersed in the pumped liquid. They are generally either mounted on top of or inside containers or tanks. Immersible pumps are used in various industrial applications involving tanks or containers, as well as machine tool processing, temperature control, and industrial washing, filtration, and water treatment.
Grundfos Wastewater Pumps
Efficient and highly reliable Grundfos wastewater pumps are recommended for their low cost of ownership. These pumps are designed for demanding industrial wastewater, drainage and surface water, and process water applications. Many are built to handle either submerged and dry installations.
Grundfos Submersible Groundwater Pumps
Grundfos submersible groundwater pumps feature advanced hydraulic design in corrosion-resistant stainless steel. These submersible pumps are known for:
- high efficiency
- high resistance to sand and abrasives
- protection from motor burnout
- easy maintenance
Grundfos submersible pumps are used for groundwater supply, groundwater lowering and pressure boosting applications.
- Machining
- Wash and Clean
- Process Liquids Transfer
- Industrial Heating
