Verderflex peristaltic pumps are the ideal solution for difficult to pump liquids, abrasive, viscous or solids laden slurries, dosing chemicals and gently transferring fragile cell cultures. These range from small OEM tube pumps through precision dosing and dispensing pumps to the world’s largest high pressure hose pumps for very heavy duty applications.  Manufactured in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 accredited facilities in Germany and the UK, Verderflex green peristaltic pumps are used for precise, gentle, aseptic transfer of shear sensitive cultures, nutrient dosing, inter-reactor transfer using USP VI rated tubing.

The Vantage 5000 combines precision dosing with advanced compliance assistance including time stamped record keeping, security from USB backed up settings and records and reassurance of real time feedback and control to master controllers and PLCs. It is a perfect solution for precise and controlled single or batch inline dosing/filling applications.

The Rollit hose pumps are lubrication-free. This gives advantages in food and pharma applications because there is no contamination possible; even extending to our new Rollit Thru which gives the option of larger bore continuous tubing in this range of pumps allowing end-to-end process control.

Verderflex Vantage 5000

The Verderflex Vantage 5000 family is the next generation in cased drive tube pumps combining precision dosing and dispensing accuracy with high discharge pressures, an intuitive touch screen user interface and a USB data backup port. Remotely control signal options include include 0-10V, 4 to 20mA & tachometer inputs & outputs with optional opto isolation and multiple volt free inputs & outputs.

Verderflex Rapide

The Rapide is a compact peristaltic tube pump which can be installed as a unit in itself or integrated into a system such as a printing press or packaged turnkey skid.

Suitable for rugged environments, the range uses an IP55 rated gear motor and is assembled in a heavy duty aluminium housing. The tube is 'thick-walled' for the safe and reliable handling of abrasive, corrosive and viscous fluids such as chemical solutions, fine slurry, inks, dyes, additives and other dosing fluids.

Verderflex Rollit

Verderflex ROLLIT pumps are lubricant-free roller peristaltic hose pumps that are easy to maintain and available in a standard (single) and twinhead version. This simple, lubricant bath free peristaltic pump is great for nearly all applications - especially if you need a quick hose change.
