Ken McCall Joins Carotek as VP Mechanical and Municipal Products
Ken McCall appointed as VP/Division Manager Mechanical & Municipal Products at Carotek!
Ken brings a combined total of 33 years industry-related experience to Carotek, which includes experience in Distributor Sales and Management, Manufacturing and Product Development, Marketing, Channel Distribution Management, Engineering and Engineering Management, and Standards Compliance.
In these different roles, he was immersed in markets such as Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Pulp & Paper, Food Processing, Power, Paints & Coatings, Polymers & Fibers, Mining & Minerals, and general industrial.
After graduating with his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, his career began as a mechanical engineer in projects and specifications for the piping industry which led to engineering management.
In 2000, he transitioned into sales of valves, filtration, steam and pressure process equipment which led him to valve manufacturing, product development, marketing, and distribution management.
Since 2012 his focus has been on pumping and filtration technologies in the Carolinas with responsibilities in sales, process evaluation, sales management, motivation, and team building.
Ken was previously with Voigt-Abernathy Company, EW Process and Inline Industries.
A Greenville, SC native, he and his wife both love outdoor activities, food, travel, and family time. Cycling, mountain biking, trail running, hiking, flyfishing, camping, kayak fishing, swimming, golf, competing in both road and offroad triathlons fill any spare time that can be found.
