Dan is responsible for all business and financial aspects of Carotek, including financial controls, reporting, accounting, audit coordination, risk management, and profit and loss. Dan started his accounting career as an Accountant, then Sr. Financial Analyst, then Assistant Controller and Corporate Controller.

We recently had three new team members start their journey in the Business Development Center as an Account Managers in Training. Over the next one to two year, they will receive training on the Carotek product lines, develop sales skills, cold call customers, complete an Inside Sales rotation, shadow veteran Account Managers, and a multitude of other lea rning opportunities to pepare them for a career as an account manager at Carotek. Matthews is only a temporary stop so they’ll be on the move again when they inherit a territory in one of our five state regions
Brianna “Bri” Lamb - Inside Sales Instrumentation Division
She is responsible for processing quotes, entering orders, supporting the outside sales team, and assisting customers by answering questions or resolving complex problems related to the spare or replacement of products, new equipment, packages or systems for the Instrumentation Division, primarily Watlow and Ashcroft product lines.
Carl Flynn – Pipefitter
Jeffery Lyons - Pipefitter
Carl and Jeffery will be responsible for planning, laying-out and assembling all types ofpiping systems, supports and related equipment, in accordance with industry specifications.
Tommy Murphy – Control Panel Technician
Yousuf Rizvi - Control Panel Technician
Matthew Reilly – Control Panel Technician
Responsible for assembling electrical control panels for industrial equipment, as well as fabricating controls according to specifications, including layout and physical mounting of components to the back panel and wiring of all components.
Daniel Veit – Welder
Daniel is responsible for appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate or repair parts of metal, blueprints, sketches, charts or other forms of instructions in the SKID assembly process. Daniel has lived in Charlotte since 1988.
Calvin Jeter – Industrial Painter
Calvin is responsible for setting up and operating the paint sprayer, blast cabinet and other equipment to apply industrial finishes on metals or products, usually on our SKIDS. He mixes, matches and applies paint to various surfaces, completing touchups and coordinating large painting projects involving the SKIDS.
Elijah Durante – Shipping & Receiving Associate
Elijah Durante recently came on board as a Shipping and Receiving Associate. Elijah will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments and orders; identifying packing list, bills of lading, invoices, preparing items for shipment and maintaining orders.
